Deck Installation Process
Deck Design/ Deck Consultation

A Deck Designer will meet with you at your home to spend time with you in the desired Deck or 3 Season Porch space to listen to your motivations and vision for the project. The Deck Consultation can be expected to take anywhere from 30-45 Minutes. You can expect to hear about product types of Decking, Deck Railing, Fascia, or any desired Deck Lighting. We will work to establish a budget based on items discussed in the Deck Consulation and determine if the project is a good match. If the project moves forward we will finalize preliminary paperwork and make final selections. Once the project is finalized we will submit for permitting and move forward to the next step.
Deck Construction/ Deck Installation

Once the permit for your deck is approved our team of Carpenters will begin laying out your Deck Footings and Deck Framing. once the Footings and Framing are signe off on by the building official the chosen Decking Material and Deck Railing will be installed per design with precision. The contractor will then submit for final inspection to receive a pass from the local building official.

Deck Construction Completion / Final Walk Through
​
The Deck Designer will meet with you to go through your Deck Installation and explain different parts of the deck and any items that are important for Deck Mainenance and upkeep. If any care guides are available they will be delivered to you at this time. If any concerns arise they will be addressed and corrections made if any are required.
